My debut novel, Blood and Mud, is a girl's heart of darkness set in Mississippi, DC, and El Salvador, The book chronicles the violence, amnesia and fierce love that bind a family together in a multi-generational saga of greed and corruption. It is both a look at the cost of respectability and a tale of redemption, Blood and Mud is available to publish in June 2020.
